Carolee has been supporting faculty in higher education for over 25 years in a variety of roles including computer, library systems, web support, instructional design and registrar systems. Carolee recently completed her PhD exploring how to engage faculty from disciplines such as natural sciences and environmental studies to adopting Universal Design for Learning. Carolee is currently employed at both Okanagan College as a Teaching and Learning Advisor and at UNBC as a part time instructor. Having started out with a technology support, expanded with management and leadership studies, Carolee now is focusing on a leading to learn educational focus and supporting faculty and instructors to create inclusive learning spaces.
