We will present and in particular discuss the potential and current opportunities to introduce OER and (virtual) collaboration in higher education.
All stakeholders in universities can benefit from it: Students can learn in self-directed, innovative and non-hierarchical ways with own responsibility. Educators can offer improved and new academic education through innovative design with re-use of outstanding OER and facilitation of (virtual) students collaboration.
