Global changes and needs of our society require vision and acitivities for enhancing quality, accessibility and flexibility of education for all, as well as prepared leaders to foster and manage these processes. Taking into account UNESCO recommendation on Open Educational Resources, we are building a global network of open education leaders - among others through an innovative online mentoring program Open Education for a Better World (oe4bw.org ) and an international Master's program Leadership in Open Education (http://www.ung.si/en/study/school-of-engineering-and-management/study/2NVOI/ ). We will discuss challenges of this innitiative with the audience.
