The adoption of Open Educational Resources (OER) in many institutions sits on the periphery without real large scale and institution-wide impact. This is the most potent of all challenges facing systemic adoption of Open Educational Practices (OEP). In this presentation, we will share our initiatives and experiences with institutional capacity building on the adoption of OER and OEP in Sri Lanka.
