This presentation will survey Open Education Practices (OEP) and new dimensions in creating interactive Open Educational Resources (OER) for teaching, learning and training. We will focus on approaches for (1) Repurposing available OER from SkillCommons and MERLOT OER repositories; (2) We will also discuss best practices for creating interactive open educational resources using H5P authoring tools. Current H5P authoring technology options using a desktop application, in Moodle LMS, using H5P.com, in Wordpress or in Pressbooks - Prof. Moustapha Diack and Sushumna Rao oversees MERLOT-SkillsCommons' Initiative -REVISE & REMIX With H5P (https://oep.merlot.org/h_5_p.html).
