This presentation will explore the complete journey of School Leadership Capacity Building Massive Open Online Course (SLCB MOOC) which has developed with the supporte of first UNESCO-UNEVOC OER Grant Programme 2020. The MOOC Designing, development and deployment process its issues and challenges are the main focus of this sharing.
