Open Educational Global's initiative to attach via web annotation examples, commentary, projects that can advance understanding and foster implementation of the UNESCO Recommendation on OER- most every session at OER.camp is likely relevant to add as a note. This session will be a "jam session" where we are annotating and discussing what we are doing in real time. Come annotate with us!
The Recommendation has been published in a Pressbook
https://oer.pressbooks.pub/oeg2021/ with each of the language versions available as separate chapter. It is designed to open with the
Hypothes.is web annotation tool enabled and open (you can log in directly to Hypothes.is or create an account here). If you are familiar with the tool, you can go directly the Recommendation and start adding notes, otherwise we offer
guides to getting started including screen recorded demos.
You can track the activity across all language versions in a
"Crowd Layers" visual dashboard-- add a note and see your name on the board.
After the Jam... A handful of people dropped in for open discussion on the OER Recommendation Annotation effort and helped increase the number of notes. For anyone that missed this session, the door is always open to annotate at
https://oer.pressbooks.pub/oeg2021/You can find more details and a list of links that were shared in the session at
